I listened to you music all my life. Now we are old and you’re coming out of your reclusive life to share. I’m so glad.

I miss Borders. They had more variety of books, music, movies and other things. I don't like Barnes and Noble so much. Borders also had a free membership where I would get coupons every so often by email. I have to pay for a Barnes and Noble membership.

The one way you can truely tell if a celebrity is nice or not is how they are when they speak in an interview. And based on watching this, James Taylor had a fantastic personality. :)

What a wonderful video. I really miss Borders too. I am from the UK. Borders is the only bookstore that actually supported new Authors and helped them. They sold my books and little fairy peg doll kits. But then the USA has a big heart. The UK British Elites here seem to no HEARTS. They are so anti small business. And people in power do not support children and family or Home Education. Thank you Borders for caring, I MISS YOU, AND YOUR MORALS AND VALUES SO VERY MUCH!

James taylor is folk i guess but it goes beyond that. Some of his tunes have such a groove such as "ananas" or "rainy day man" he's awesome and a very good live act. Also nice to hear him talk fondly of anna karenina, a very fine novel 👏

Thank you James for sharing who you are....so e of my favorites are War and Peace...and manynothers...The plague most fitting. stories of greats like Nietzsche....and his girlfriend and the opera writer who livec with them. There are so ,any greatvpoets, and people who wrote o wars and what it did to them. All the books of differing cultures and womenvwho resided in the Forest...and so man authors whose writings admire. i honestly hesitate to oush one author. But thank you for your share.

In all of your compositions there are elements of the journey you made via books from Huck Finn to Thomas Mann to Tolstoy. I pick up on these references because these were part of my life too. We are now in 2017 and this wasn't downloaded until now (the merry month of May). I'm in London ha ha ha!

he's so tense in his face and takes a lot of time to get through a sentence. i say the same about don henley's expression, only don looks really angry and bitter. against don felder? prob. i had JT's first three records, really good back then, along with Cat Steven, the 60's and early 70's, when i was a music critic ('65 to '71).

Speaking and singing utilize two different parts of the brain.

@@alika207 - Never read anything about this, but it seems kind of obvious when you listen to Mel Tillis sing and then hear him speak. He has an absolutely horrible stutter when he talks but never even stumbles over a word when he sings.
