You are looking at a great system. Mercury and Venus are so close to the Sun that life cannot exist there. Earth is at perfect place and pro planets like Jupiter are protecting the Earth. The ozone layer protects the earth from the sun's rays. There are even billions of planets that we will soon learn about.
