I too am going with Duncan. He was a better interior defender. He also had better footwork facing bucket or with back to bucket. He's the best power-forward I have ever seen.

@ AC Green and Kurt Rambis started at power forward. Both also 6’9. Most power forwards were much bigger at that time. Even young Horace Grant was a smaller power forward compared to many others.

Also remember Kareem played 4 yrs of college. Lebron played no college with a 3 pt shot. Imagine if Kareem went straight to the pros from H.S ? Even if he scored 1,000 pts a year ( 4,000pts) . LeBron would NEVER touch that record. The record should be college and no college. Just like Caitlin Clark. Pistol Pete scored all his points in 3 yrs with no 3pt shot. If it was the same rules.... NOBODY would EVER break the record.

I disagree about ppl my age not seeing Kareem’s body of work. We all saw (growing up in the 90s) Kareem and MJ game through ESPN Classic and NBATV (even when he’s with the Bucks). MJ is a little better….Nit by much though.

Kareem was great no question. But MJ was the greatest. Ok Kareem had 3 championship in college. But in the pro he didn't win until. Oscar Robertson. That in so many people list have him as there goat. Got trade to the Lakers. Magic got there and who became the face of the league. Magic Johnson. They didn't say Kareem and Lakers. They said magic and the Lakers. That he was a big part of those championship yes no question. MJ was the best player in the league were both were in the league winning championship. MJ was just the along superstar.
