Drone Amarillo, Texas

Aerial drone flying over Amarillo, Texas shows some great views of this small western city. Note the pretty brick roads, architecture and the parade that was just winding down :)

You can also see my beginning drone videos looking at 2016 dates when I filmed in safe nature areas. I practiced how to crash safely, how to fly with three propellers and how to ground the drone and drive to it. I practiced in snow, rain and extreme cold to make sure I understood the drones limitations before I went to the big cities. I handle a drone like I do a gun and I truly hope others do the same.

The downtown has so much paved over land. Years ago there was no thought as to keeping it a vital part of the city. Residential growth moved far away from the town center and the town is locked into a car centric growth. This city is difficult to live in. The climate is unpredictable with only the certainty of wind.
