The scene in the hospital, the doctor is also an influencer who makes medicine content. In the scene where Sturmi's wife goes back and on the floor you see boxes. This was a reaction to the programme 13 Questions (german television programm by ZDF), which fitted the theme.

The last song is an amazing mix: Stromae (from 'Maestro') is a belgian singer who got a few hits ages ago - they had a revivial thnx to TikTok. Ju wanted to imitate the video of the song 'Tous Les Memes' which was iconic. Some of the crew wanted the sound of 'Alors On Dance', which had a huge hype on TikTok recently. They in the end did a mix of both, but the iconic choreography of the first. Also, Ju said he wanted the lyrics to be one of those typical apologies of influencers, where they mess something up royally and make a super long apology video which they call an apology video but talk a lot of bs justifying themselves and in the end not saying sorry. Hence the lyrics: Tut uns leid, war doch gar nicht so gemeint. Tut uns leid, kommt nie wieder vor - vielleicht. You get tons of background info from Jus own reaction (and his core team), as well as the behind the scenes and the reaction by vincent and other participants of the show. Also, the hospital scene: You recognized Sturmwaffel, but the doctor is a very german insider. On youtube he is known as 'Doc Felix'. He became kinda famous when he participate in a german YT show format called "13 Fragen" on the channel unbubble (There the participants get one theme aka 1 main question, and they invite 3 people who agree and 3 who disagree. They position themselves on fields with 3x3 squares. Then they get 13 questions asked and the participants have to answer. When they agree what one of them answers and arguments, they make a step forward towards the center. If they disagree, one step back , with certain sound effects. Ideally, at some point they all meet in the middle for a compromise. At the end each team tries to come up with a compromise anyway and sometimes all are happy). Anyway, the show with doc Felix was about 'Body Positivity' and if it's a dangerous trend (like, health, pro fat influencers dieing early etc) or if saying anything against it is fatphobia or worse. Doc Felix was SUPER polite, agreed with a lot of the pro side, but he also warned of the dangers of being obese. Man was spitting facts, studies, numbers, while all being nice and polite and EVERYONE was taking steps back and criticizing him, calling him a fatphobic and whatnot. Funny enough, the online community mostly agreed and symphasized with him. In the BTS he said that filming that scene gave him flashbacks and he needed a moment alone.

And talks in this "discussion round" only based on facts and scientific analysis and gets rudely attacked there and is not listened to.
