TRYING A FULL FACE OF MAKEUP FROM ESSENCE!

As someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup at all, Essence is a pretty good and affordable brand. It’s definitely not fit for professional makeup, or people who do a full proper face. But, for people like me, who will just fill in eyebrows and cover my eye bags ever so slightly, and tiny bit of blush, it gets the job done no problem.

You can tell when he's going to use products from a brand that's not owned by one of his "friends" or someone who is trending when he already starts with an attitude, as if he wants to dislike the products. These would be much more entertaining if he always tried best instead of acting like a brat lol.

Some people just look for any little thing they can to call out someone that they just don't like for whatever reason and should just be real about it, but that's just my opinion. 🙂

You should definitely do a full face of makeup from collection! They have some really good products. I would totally recommend the illuminating touch concealer if you want a light coverage concealer to brighten your under eyes. x 🩷

Essence is my favourite brand because I found it long lasting and quite good enough for a person who isn't a makeup professional. I mostly do minimalist naural looks, but those times I glam up I also use Essence, for me it doesn't wear off during a long day or party hours. Don't drag Essence, we common people love it

I usually use essence, actually their concealer, but not the one you used in the video, also I use their powder, I found it great, and contouring, also not the one in the video, and brouw pencil, also another, and some their lipstick (guess what... also not from this video). I like some their products, because they're cheap and satisfying. Not perfect, but not that awful. And, btw, my favourite mascara is by Maybelline. That one with purple covering. It makes my lashes perfect

a weird thing about that foundation is, it looks patchy and coarse when used alone (honestly reflecting its price point), but when blended with a quality primer , it becomes one of the best tint moisturizer like the NARS one with an actually NEUTRAL undertone lol (NARS undertone and brightness combination always get me lost)

I’ve had the same issues with concealers lifting my foundation when trying to blend it in. I have 1 sponge I like to wet to apply foundation and have to have a separate sponge that is 100% dry to apply my concealer. If I don’t do this, no matter what foundation/concealer I use the foundation will always lift.

JAMESSS HONEYY...you literally missed ALL the good essence products! The ones in ur video I didn't even know (primarily the powder, conceal, all the base stuff). And most important of all you missed the Juicy bomb and the Lip gloss...like whattt Also for a good standard classic og concealer I recommend the camouflage+ -so good Many of the products you used aren't ones we have in the stores in Europe tbh +++++Essence is a GERMAN family owned brand, and the products are called MATT because that's the german word for the english MATTE

James, you use a pretty good mascara but there’s a way better one by essence. It’s the lash princess one but it’s the purple one sculpted volume mascara. It has a built-in eyelash curler so you don’t have to curl your lashes and it’s a good substance and it’s just overall really good
