@@peacearobieke James needed to make shore that his oven was at 350 (He does not need to change the temp for high altitude). He could have lined the pan with parchment paper but he could have sprayed it with oil and sprinkled flour on it. He needed to mix his dry ingredients in one bowl. He would then slowly add eggs milk and vegetable oil or butter. Depending if it is runny add a little bit of flower, but if it was too thick (what happened) he needed to add milk. The best amount of time for the oven would be about an hour for the amount of batter and temperature. Lastly let it cool, and ice. I hope this helped. 😜

1. Butter 175g. Preheat oven at 280 2. Sugar 250g 3. Mix 4. Add flour to mix 175g 5. Whisk in batter 3 eggs and tablespoon of milk 6. Add to batter pinch of fine salt 7. Add to batter teaspoon of vanilla extract 8. Mix then grease the baking tray put in baking tray 9. Put in oven for 40 minutes turn tray after 20 minutes Enjoy 😊
