A really nice build. I would be tempted to put some extra bracing in for the dice deflectors, especially if you are using heavier dice. These will get quite a lot of bashing over several sessions and would be a pain to repair. You could use double or triple foam thicknesses glued together (if there is still room for the D20), or add popsicle sticks on the underside. I would also push some pins in from the outside to give extra strength. I would also paint & mod-podge the inside before sticking the front wall on, again to give the deflectors strength.

Made a similar one last night! I already had a small box with a magnetic closure that I was able to fit into the "slot" at the end of the "book box". So, it was just a matter of making an opening in the top, an exit at the bottom, and a means of redirecting the dice inside. Then I decorated the outside.

For another idea for a cobblestone pattern without the 3d printed item is you can use foil and crinkle it up and use maybe a heat gun or hair dryer to get the foam a bit softer and then mash the foil on top of the foam,

I love this idea! I don’t care for the tower part, but the book box is a great place to roll dice, as well as to store them along with pens & notepaper. You could decorate the cover & spine with a title like it's a spell book or book of your campaign world's lore. And the inside of the lid is a good place to mount a notecard holder for combat bonuses & penalties or reminders you need when rolling dice.
