Great video. I see they haven't added the vehicle battery voltage display near the top rh corner. Have you noticed it added after an update? I have an older corded d8 and xtool told me it's not supported but I've seen other videos of newer d8's and d7's with it. Good to have while diagnosing👍

Do you know if any of these tools can do infiniti DAS calibration. Direct Adaptive Steering Calibration?

This had the DAS as an option im almost positive. Without it being hooked up to a Infiniti it won't let me go into the functions menu.

Need me one of these that'll read the cmp signal on my 1ton. Gotta have a computer that'll read that to dial in timing on the vortec engines. Dont wana spend the $500 for the one at harbor freight tho.

Yeah this one a slightly more but does what them $1,000+ snap on scan tool does im super impressed with its quality for its price.

@JamesDguy yeah looks like a nice unit. If it can reprogram keys too would be a handy feature as well if ya have to replace an ecu or ignition. Just had to have the locksmith reprogram the key for my expedition. Had to replace the pcm.

@@GlassWerxyeah i had to use my previous scan tool to reprogram the ecu on the MDX just to get it to start after ecu replacement. This one can do the same thing. I ended up selling my previous one because unexpected medical problems. Everything so expensive so finding a good deal is definitely something im into. I hope all these videos help others save money while getting good products

@JamesDguy yeah had to replace the ecu and have a 2nd key cut anyways so had them reprogram the keys to the ecu. Wasn't too expensive either fortunately. Yeah I'm sure the videos will be of help. I never knew about this particular one from xtools. Most of their stuff iv seen has been cnc type stuff. I unfortunately can't justify spending a lot on a scan tool that'll do all that extra stuff when I wouldn't use it for that enough

I assume you are saying this is better than the autel. My biggest complaint about my autel is the os feels super clunky and laggy. Overall it feels like the cheapest possible chinese android tablet you could find, but with expansion boards to ad functionality to it and put in a heavy duty case.

Yes that is exactly what i was saying without mentioning the brand but yes indeed that one felt kinda laggy compared to this one. It don't feel like a cheap tablet. The price difference between the two isn't that crazy either so i felt like the other brand should be around this level of quality. I am really truly impressed with this brand.
