I still have an oyster scar on my ankle from Darwin land based fishing, only 40 years ago! But how good is Darwin!!

I used to spearfish that area growing up. There’s pretty much every sort of species off that reef.

Awesome how you find a place to fish and have a go, despite results. Its inspiring, and also shows that despite your advanced fishing skill sets, you are prepared to blank and learn. Love it. I often try totally new places, and blank. Keep up the great work.

Spider rock (we called it ) . . carpark on east point , cool spot that looked back at Fanny bay & lights of town at night . . good on the shrooms fresh picked earlier that day at Scotts Ck

Going to Stokes hill wharf to fish . . but a young nephew , I had to tie with rope to bumper bar of old F100 , so as to him not fall over into the water long drop paranoid about sister . . actual caught a small fish to my surprise
