Thank you so much for making these tutorials James! I've followed about 5 painting tutorials you've done so far and it's just amazing how easy you make them to follow. I'm getting such great reactions from my parents and friends when I tell them I'm learning to paint and they see these. I never realized I could do any of this and it really gives me a lot of confidence to keep learning. Thanks again, and cheers!

Hi James Julier! This is my third tutorial by you that I am currently just beginning. I'm loving them and learning a lot! I'd like to become a patron, and I visited your page on Patreon. However, in trying to plan my budget, I see your fees are "per creation" and I have no idea how many "creations" you would typically produce in a month. What is a typical answer? (I like to plan using an expected monthly cost.) Thanks! ❤️✌🏻✌🏻❤️
@JamesJulier-Artist3 жыл бұрын
Hey thank you 🙏 I only charge once per month even though I create videos every week. I only put per creation in case I got too busy in a particular month to create anything and wouldn’t want to charge people in that instance..😊

HI, I hope this isn't an odd question to ask here, but may I ask for some advice on what kind of iPad, as an artist, to use? My old one, bless it, still works, but is no longer compatible with the procreate updates. I have my eye on two different ones right now, a 2018 9.5 inch, and the latest mini, both are within my price range. However, I'm not sure which could be better as an artist to use... I've made pro and con charts, but they're pretty much equal, so I'm a little stuck. On one hand the portability of the mini is attractive, on the other, the larger screen and therefore drawing space on the 9.5 is also good...

Do you use any screen cover to give you a more pencil feeling? I used e-paper and it was great but it was badly afecting the clarity of the screen for everything else.
