Thanks for the comment. I should do a video on how I get them on as no hassles here, but am told it’s a faff. Still wearing them now and in brilliant condition still😊👍

I like your review, however how do you put them on I have a european size 45 so I tried a size size 46 but still couldn't get in. Could you please send a video how to put on the nothwave gtx winter boot. hope to hear from you greetings walther

I use mountain bike pedals on all my bikes. M-540 pedals are my choice. Road pedals with recessed 2 bolt cleats do exist. One time years ago a chemical heating pad burst inside my cycling shoe resulting in blistering of my instep. Those Northwave boots look plenty warm enough already!

I use the Crankbrothers candy 3 pedals, giving me a little knee support. I use the hot pads on top of my toes, so no pressure. My diabetes can cause circulation issues in the toes, specially on longer rides when as I said, you don’t really use them. I try to remember to wiggle them, but a hot pad helps on longer and colder rides. Cheers David, appreciate your comment😊👍

I have this boots too and they are great but they have one problem, upper neoprene cover is waterproof but if you wear socks that are higher than neoprene cover is, than water will come true socks inside boots. If you want to prevent this you should cover neoprene with something that’s waterproof. Waterproof socks will help you to stay dry but boots will be wet inside and since they have membrane will took a long time to dry.

Thanks Thomas, I did mention this in my video. I even go as far as saying water runs down your leg in to the boot. I also recommend in the video Sealskinz socks. Have another watch and you’ll see my comments. Thank for dropping by😊👍
