I noticed the same it was just above the ventral fin next to your thumb but have to say they all look in fantastic health and two fingers up to anyone that says you can’t keep koi, as long as you have water quality like yours and put as much love into like you and the boys do you’ll see the benefits

Hiya James, another cracking video m8 and very informative. Lovely Kujaku there, the lustre on that koi is mint. I think the blemish on ur Kohaku is called a shimmi and can happen sometimes on Kohaku.

Hello mate, very wise not to try and pronounce tangos actual type. She is a beni kikokuryu 😜 (now your turn, say it with me.......key-co-koo-roo 😂 I expect you to say it on the next video 😂) the black spot is a freckle and its called a shimi, they can be removed but if its not bothering you then I wouldn't worry about it. I too have a bleeder and as you said its just a sign of stress especially when netting but harmless. Great video matey 👍🏼 Ps its orange 🤣
