I have heard that scientific calculator is not allowed in exam, is it right?

As far as I'm aware Shagun, you are allowed a scientific calculator, however it must not have any installed memory to hold information. I would double check this by logging into your My ACCA account online and this will be confirmed by ACCA in the Question and Answer section when preparing for your exam. It’s for remote exam that you are not allowed scientific calculators but you are allowed them in the centre based exams
