+Entrono Games probably the accident IMO, because, while he would have had to plan it if it was on purpose, he would have known what to do already. If it was an accident, he had to notice it was gone in the heat of dancing, grab it while twisting by, and get it on his head cleanly and smoothly (which he did) without breaking the rhythm, or making it look like he screwed up.
