For sure a better voice than Sam smith, fits the bond brief far better too in terms of his voice
@Nausica1128 жыл бұрын
+Akeeyuki Yes wonderful.... He has such a great potential for James Bond.. I loved Sam Smith (love this kind of male voice) song... but it is NOT AT ALL a Bond song... it doesn't fit at all. It was not easy to beat Adele on that one! :) And the Spectre movie.. even though full of action... was disapointing.. was lacking the dept we are entitled to have... especially after Skyfall. So many questions... unanswered.

*Lyrics* I've got some ways of forgetting now What you're finding out, what you're finding out I've got some ways of believing now What you're leaving out, what you're leaving out So take a reach down inside your soul What you gonna find, what you gonna find And it's so deep down inside your soul What you leave behind, what you leave behind I can hear it calling Can't you tell? I'm on the edge of something So I just keep running every time I lose my head I'm on the edge of something So I just keep falling every time I lose my head Are there some secrets embedded down In the frozen ground, in the frozen ground Under a cold moon and a fractured sky There's a universe there behind those eyes You're gonna make good on promises That you know you could, that you know you could Cause no one here worships suddenness Though you wish they would, though you wish they would I can hear it calling Can't you tell? I'm on the edge of something So I just keep running every time I lose my head I'm on the edge of something So I just keep falling every time I lose my head I don't need a vision I'm just waiting on collisions of the brain and the heart I'm patient for decisions and some stormy revelations I can claim from the start I'm kicking up a storm In the valley I was born I can hear the tower ring Out here on the edge of something I'm on the edge of something So I just keep running every time I lose my head I'm on the edge of something So I just keep falling every time I lose my head

The staccato beat is redolent of a Bond theme. "The Edge of Something" would be a great name for a Bond movie too! James is so under-rated. I think he's a fantastic musician with the most intoxicating voice!

jammie cullum has a raw talent in creating such a good music especially contemporery jazz but sometimes i heard some tracks from 4 albums previously, have really difficult attraction for being 'easy listening song' and enter into the pop industry ... well he deserve to be nominated as best singer or breakthrough act, but to be complete singer, he needs a 'killer song' like what john newman has made as newcomer with love me again... mind trick is good one..

This is my go to song. If someone had never heard a song of Jamie's, this would be my pick for their first listen. I get frisson every single time. Especially at 3:30. Singing this song is cathartic, and I can only imagine the joy he felt when he wrote it.

Jamie cullum's first real album came out in 2001 and its a great album. Every album since then has been awesome. He is one of the worlds best jazz musicians ATM and he has a great voice. Other than that he gives awesome concerts where he often bangs on the piano and stands dancing on the piano og just jumps around a lot and so.. Great fun :)
