This is great and Jamie Dornan is such a great ambassador for Northern Ireland. I’m from there too and I spent time nursing in London and every day without fail the patients,staff and myself were in hysterics just at the way i said thing’s and people were actively seeking me out just to listen to me talking. They loved it - it’s just the way we talk and how we express ourselves that makes it funny plus we enjoy a good laugh both at others but especially at our own expense and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.I wouldn’t trade my accent for any other and I cant imagine Jamie ever doing it either as it’s still going strong even though he left Northern Ireland many years ago!

Same difference. Northern Irish, Southern Irish, Western Irish, Eastern Irish. It's all Irish but yeah Belfast accents are pretty different from Dublin accents to be fair. It's impressive how little his natural accent has changed seeing how he left Holywood about 15 years ago.

Mary Barry i was nursing in London with an Irish agency and the nurse who shared a room with me was from Cork so you can imagine our conversations. . . we clicked straightaway and we just laughed all the time. .
