Legally incapacitated… once you’re in a guardianship. It’s hard to get out legally. Once you’re considered incapacitated. It takes a lot to reverse that so while she’s able to walk dress and even feed herself order, her own food is her competency high enough where she can make complex decisions, dealing with finances, careers, business decisions, and so yeah, going to a restaurant that’s easy, but I wonder if you had a conversation with her would you be able to notice the difference?
