Jamie's Italian at Sea on Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas

Whilst on the Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas we took the opportunity to visit Jamie's Italian, one of the specialty dining options on board.
It was great to see a Jamie's Italian at sea and we couldn't miss out on that so we made sure we headed over there for our last cruise night on board the Quantum of the Seas.

We loved Jamies Italian on Quantum, got very spoilt on food, as well as other restaurants on her, so many choices. Hummy Hummy 😋. We went on Quantum out of New York to the Caribbean in 2015, I think she was only a few months old then, loved her Quantum, beautiful ship, so much to do & see on her. Glad you guys got to experience her. We are wanting to get back on her as we are also from Brisbane at some stage as a memory moment. It's great, she ports out of Brisbane, from us a bit ironic that she's followed us to our home port 😃. We are going on Coral Princess around the top end of Australia in a couple of weeks for my 60th birthday which we cannot wait for. Haven't cruised since 2018 when we were on Majestic Princess. Hi Paula. If you like Italian food then definitely give it a go. We went to Wonderland and were very disappointed so we booked Jamie's to try to make up for it. It more than did.

Hi Wendy. Sure is but very big. Sometimes it did feel a bit like a mini shopping centre but the facilities are unbelievable.

Hi Rob and Ali. Thank you for all your great reviews and all the time and effort you put into making them, always informative and entertaining. We are thinking of a cruise on the Quantum and was wondering if they use fresh milk in the barista coffees. We love our coffee and on some cruises they use Long Life milk which we don't like. Hi Bill. So sorry for the delay in replying, we've been so busy lately. I drink cow's milk but Ali drinks Almond or Oat which she says was not the Barista milk so it wasn't that great. As for the cow's milk, I honestly couldn't tell you as I didn't look. What I can say is that it wasn't a bad cup of coffee, much better than what you get in the buffet or from the machines. Sorry I can't be more help than that.

Great video ❤️ I was very interested in this as we are going on the ovation in November and I was thinking of booking in at Jamie's for lunch on the last day of our cruise. It's just a short 3 night cruise to eden. (not long enough really). I was going to ask if you could have more than one dessert but you answered that thank you :) I'm pretty disappointed though in the sound of the tirimasu. I love mine really soft and light, like I had at Angelo's on the pacific adventure. I do not enjoy them when they are solid and more of a cake consistancy. So that's a real shame. You said Ali that you was waiting for a coffee, was that a proper barista coffee or just one from the machines? Thanks for sharing :)

Hi Debbie, again apologies for the delay in replying. Have to admit that the Tiramisu in P&O Angelo's is pretty good. As for coffee, not wanting to be coffee snobs but we only drink the Barista ones, the main reason being that Ali has either Almond or Soy milk and they taste a lot better than the machine ones. We had drinks packages on the Quantum so these were included anyway.

I could have made that 'MEAT PLANK' for free in the buffet any day or night. Excluding the truffles it looks just like $1 of pasta, the soggy fish looked similar to the buffet too, chips are chips, and the broccoli you could get in the buffet too, I remember when it was about $30 total with unlimited servings. Now its $90 and strictly one serve. No longer worth the money it seems.
