I have had this since my late teens/early twenties & I am 68. I am going through a bad phase of tremor up through my head, which makes it almost impossible, even with mindful breathing and yoga relaxation techniques to get any rest. My head shakes, so do my arms and hands. I am currently taking 40mg of propanalol twice a day which has little or no effect. Any suggestions would be gratefully received as I am struggling to cope with daily tasks & doing my computer based job is a struggle.

Bro I also have tremors in my hands, arms and legs but my tremors are not present during movement or rest. They are only present when my body part is completely still

I am simply sharing the gospel because I love everyone enough to warn them and tell them the truth I don’t want anymore people to go to hell especially knowing how to get to salvation and who you get salvation from.
