So well said. I always loved the character of Fergus. I've suffered so much with Fergus over the last few episodes, his self-reproach, his despair for not protecting Marsali from the Brown's. It's almost broke him. I'm glad he found his way back to his family. Amazing tribute by Aquilline.🥰

J'adore le personnage de Fergus sublimé par Romann Beerux d'abord puis par César Domboy ensuite. Romann était magnifique et que dire de César Domboy qui est d'une élégance ! On dirait presque un aristocrate tant il a de l'allure. Un talent fou devant la caméra et une spontanéité extrême dans la vie. Bref un casting hors norme qui fait aussi toute la beauté de cette série. ❤❤❤❤

I can understand why Fergus is so hard in himself about not being there to protect them. He not only wasn’t there to protect his wife and unborn child, whom he believes to be a dwarf because Marsali was hurt while carrying him, but also couldn’t stop his beloved mother, whom he already lost once, from being taken, beaten, and raped. He actually shed a tear when he saw her in such a state. Since they first met, Fergus has always considered himself a guardian of Claire. I’m sure he felt that in some way he had failed to save her when he was sent away to Lallybroch at Colloden and was told that she had died there, and now that she has finally been restored to him he feels like he failed to save her again.

This serie is pure perfection, I couldn´t believe my eyes when I read that Diana was just practising writing by this story. Even though the newest season isn´t as great as the older ones, I really enjoy watching it because I love the characters so much and I´m very curious how it all will end.
