It’s that time of the year again - spring cleaning before the Chinese New Year! And today, I’ll be doing the most difficult part of the house and that is my closest!
It’s tradition to clean out before the festivities as a symbol of welcoming the good vibes for a new start. So I’ll be showing you how I clean each one of my bags - yes, EACH ONE OF THEM and because I only clean about once or twice a year it can get really dusty (no lie!)

suggestion, remove all the bags first then start dusting from the top going down, because when you start dusting on the top and theres bags below that level, some of the dust might go to your bags. i love you wardrobe and your bag collection my goodness, you are my inspiration for having this kind of closet soon 😍😍😍😍

Jamie, spend a little cash and buy a sheepskin mit. It’s so much easier than that cheap nylon duster. You put it on like a glove with soft sheepskin outside. You can also spray lightly with a leather polish, which attracts the dust, polishes and cares for the bags. I have only 200 bags and only 50 Birkins, but they are immaculate. And never dusty. Also a dust extraction system in your closet is very good value.

You can use the duster (like a hand glove) from Norwex. It cleans the dust out very quickly by sticking the dusts on the glove instead of dust flying around... check it out!! ;)

Hi Jc, maybe you can try using ‘Magiclean Wiper Handy Duster’ when you’re dusting the dust stick on the duster. And you’ll won’t get dust flying around. 😬😬😬

Clean from top to bottom and use a cloth that won’t scratch your bag. I would use those super soft wool like cloths .

I agree with you about the glass. I had glass shelving once and IS A PAIN to keep clean. I would dust everyday because even thin layers of dust would show. And right now my bathroom sink is glass. And dear lord do i hate it.

The proper way to do dusting is from top to bottom. If you start dusting from the bottom, they get dusty again when you do the top.
