Loving your art journal. I've never done one - but every time I see yours it makes me want to dive in!! And can we talk about that butterfly! LOVE! Fall was my Mama's favorite season - so I'm always very sentimental this time of year. 💜. I bought the forever journal essentials from your last video - might have to get the leaf one too. Love all the fun things you are making with it. I'm also thinking I need to buy that stamp tool!!! Add to cart. lol I love those acetate leaves too. You made me laugh, out loud. You are not the first of the comments I have read today about the actual making of the thing. I'm not sure what to do with all of you...LOL!!! I am curious what the challenge is. Because I don't think it's just nah...I don't wanna make anything...there is something that is coming before that. Would be curious to know what that part is. Hope that made sense. And those peach leaves are out of stock, so you can't get them any way...LOL!!! Hope you know I mean that in all love and kindness.

@@JamiePate For me, at least right now, I've got a lot on my mind. Not sure if I told you or not - but my 25 year old son has a rare, genetic kidney disease and is in need of a kidney transplant. So, my mind can't focus. I sit down to do something - and the creative stuff comes and goes because my mind wanders. I started in my memory planner the other day and got about 30 minutes done and then I couldn't finish. My Mama heart hurts right now for him. And right now just stinks. I know you can totally relate to the "stinking" part. Life is hard - but there have been so many blessings that we have seen from this struggle so I try and focus on the good. It's so hard though. That's my challenge right now. Having said that - I'm going to start on the "20 minute challenge" in a bit and hope I make it more than one day this week. Great tip by the way. Thanks again for that.

I can completely relate to the wanting to make something but then just not being able and the thoughts are just so loose and everywhere. I think I was trying to answer in general. The not making at all, or not much at all. But you are definitely in a season. And I totally get that. So I pray you will be kind and gentle to yourself. Your focus is needed elsewhere currently. Thank you for the reminder to stamp on patterned paper. It adds a great layer to the die cut. When you take photographs while on your walks, do you use your phone or take your camera along? Hope you had a fun Friday evening with your family.

I just use my phone camera. I do not even have a new one, but it sure still takes amazing photos. Sometimes in the yard when I want to get really zoomed in to something in the garden, then I will use my DSLR. Good question. Thank you, Nancy.
