MP, MLA's గా పోటీ చేసే అభ్యర్థులకి CIVILS/GROUPS తరహాలో ఒక పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి. అప్పుడే వాళ్ళకి రాజ్యాంగం అంటే ఏంటో ప్రజాస్వామ్యం ఎలా వుంటుందో తెలుస్తుంది.

మినిమమ్ 2nd క్లాస్ లో డిగ్రీ ఉత్తిర్నూలు అయినవారే MLA గా పోటీ చెయ్యాలి... డిగ్రీ 1st క్లాస్ or పీజీ చేసినవారికి MP కి అర్హతలు ఇవ్వాలి.... సర్పంచ్ గా పోటీచేయాలి అంటే 12th వార్డ్ మెంబెర్స్ అయితే 10th... ఎంపీటీసీ zptc లకు 12th పాస్ ఉండాలి....
