I was at this concert. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Maybe the sound wasnt great, but such a brilliant atmosphere in the marquee stage they had back in the day in DEN HAAG. If I remember correctly there was a big rain storm either before or after this concert. It was also funny listening to the reaction of the crowd when Jay Kay got the name of the town wrong :) Maybe Jay Kay knew the festival would move to Rotterdam a few years later...
