Really interested to know how you were able to make an Inbound reference to your employee from the asset with the User attribute.

Using Jira Service Management Cloud, +3 months troubleshooting Asset Discovery, could not get it to work. Assets does work, Asset discovery based on my experience is not a fully developed product.

In JSM Cloud, Asset Discovery does not discover cloud.
