Fun to hear it in action. This video was helpful to me as I think about semi-module (Beast, Pest) vs fully modular individual units. And heck, it sounded good, so was a fun 20 mins of adventures for my ears!

Possibly looking at these and the nifty case as a way to start on modular... and a way to get the pitsburg modular sound as well... quite impressed. How much space is left in the case with these two modules in? And any recommendations of other modules that would fit?I think ideally I'd like some fx. Sequencer and I guess it's need an LFO? FYI info I'm more a keyboard player... have a number of synths/modules and one semimodular in the form of the Erebus v3. Aprt from software based I do have an electron a4, KEYSTEP and circuit that can Sequence external gear but I think I would like this to also work stand alone... maybe for more generative patches. Thanks for any thoughts and keep up the great videos Steve

You've got a fair bit left after screwing in those two modules. Head to ModularGrid.net and setup a case the size of the Nifty and then experiment with dropping things in. What you've got with those two modules is an entire little synth voice. So yes, LFOs would be good. If you're taking an output back to your computer then maybe you could use effects there. otherwise delays are always good fun. Then you'd need to start thinking about a second oscillator, second filter, mixer module/VCA and it all gets out of hand from there.

Should have about 60hp remaining. I went with some used Doepfers and Dreadbox Chromatics.

Feel like i've been Rick - rolled. Genuinely thought I was coming to watch a jam session between Robin and modular artists Capt Big O and Phil Ter. Imagine my surprise...
