I was born in '93, just before this came out. My ex brother-in-law gave me a SNES with a bunch of games in the early 00s, with this included. Played the fuck out of all them, but DKC was the absolute peak. I've still got that SNES and all of its games. That piece of plastic holds a special place in my heart ❤

One of the most magical OSTs of the whole trilogy. I like how you enhanced the restoration compared to the previous one. I thought it was perfect, but now i'm surprised that it could be improved. I’d like to think they’re motorized. You never see where they’re attached to, and the next cave level has motorized platforms and saws in it. Plus, there’s a similar mechanic in DKC3 in 7-1 with the conveyor ropes.

It only plays in one level, and that level is the only one with the ice cave aesthetic. The game had more caves and mines. At least the other games avoided the problem, right? (Haunted Chase) Oh, right.
