What you call succhi is very famous in Cuttack, Odisha. It is the most special delicacy on Asia’s largest trade festival aka Bali Yatra that is celebrated in Cuttack Odisha. We call it Thunka Poori. Served basically with Gobhi aloo ki sabzi and fried paneer curry ( Chhena tarkari )
