I was born in Jammu and city has always been beautiful. However, it is getting transformed into a smart city and each street of the city is clean and being well managed by the municipal corporation. What's shown in the video is just a small part of it. Most of its parts are posh.

Iam from Jammu, Srinagar was always a focus of every govt till Bjp came in power at centre....Now th whole state is in focus so far th developmental work is concerned.

Its so stereo typical thought that J&K was under developed. Its got attention now and post a decision to make 100 smart cities in India, all cities in the list are being beautified and maintained. Gurugram wasn't built in a day too. The development started after setup of Maruti plant there. And with decision to facilitate foreign investments in early 90s, city saw a rapid and massive development. The same formula applies to any other city.
