जम्मू कश्मीर के कटरा में चुनावी जनसभआ को संबोधित करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कांग्रेस, नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस और पीडीपी पर जमकर निशाना साधा. पीएम मोदी ने यहां पाकिस्तान के रक्षा मंत्री के अनुच्छेद 370 पर दिए बयान का भी जवाब दिया है. उन्होंने कहा, "कांग्रेस और नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस की पोल पाकिस्तान ने खोल दी है. ये खुन खराबे के उस दौरा को फिर से लौटाना चाहते हैं. पड़ोसी देश इसे लेकर बड़ा उत्साह में हैं. यहां उन्हें कोई पूछने वाला नहीं हैं. ये लोग पाकिस्तान का एजेंडा लागू करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन हम ऐसा नहीं होने देंगे." एबीपी न्यूज ने पहले ही इस बात की पुष्टी की थी कि पीएम मोदी इस पर जवाब दे सकते हैं."
