A small suggestion to the Bisbo Team. I love the content you guys are creating. Good editing skills, good narration overall you guys present the story in the best possible way. And I love the fact you guys keep creating videos on trending topics, but it seems like you are quite behind the timeline. Until you guys produce the video it's too late and some new topic is trending or toping the list. Irrespective of the quality of the content, if i already have my share of knowledge on the topic, i choose to watch something different, something that I'm not aware of.. Idk if there's any way out considering the efforts you guys take scripting and producing the video its difficult to develop and upload a video from scratch the very next day.... But this is hindering your growth prospects. I genuinely appreciate all the hard-work you guys put in to make these videos and want you to grow. All the very best guys!!

Hawala channel is when money comes through unofficial channels and often illegally (no tracing, or security). Hawala literally means to trust. Say you need to convert some dollars into rupees in india, you give $x dollars to a relative who has rupees. When the relative goes to india he will transfer the rupee to your account. There are gangs that do this and take cuts and commissions, the government has no way of tracking this transaction and this is how international black markets thrive.
