Jamuary 19, 2025 - Dark Ambient Drones

It is extremely cold here in Minnesota today. I made this #Jamuary improvised jam while it was approximately −6°F air temperature outside. Such weather demands dark, crunchy, ambient drones.
The gritty ‪@nyppy‬ Elmyra 2 takes center stage here alongside its ‪@MAKEN0ISEMUSIC‬ cousin the Strega, controlled by the 0-CTRL. The 0-Coast adds some wintery sparkle, as it's so good at doing.
Finally, the mix got some effects (‪@bitwig‬ stock Delay+, Unfiltered Audio Silo granular reverb, and ‪@ValhallaDSP‬ Supermassive reverb) and just a little processing (some light compression and limiting for safety, since this gets pretty crunchy and loud).
