Hai ,mam ,thank you for your valuable support for us. This is an excellent class for us like a 3 month coaching. Really it is very helpful. I have one question . If home visit is reqeusted in task ,how we can wrie introduction ? Secondly , about the conclusion ,mam ,you told that , write only please contact me for further information for higher designation which means what ? Whether it is a doctor or any other health related profession except nusring. Mam ,could you please reply whenever possibel. Supose ,If we written past medical history with regular medicatiob shortly in the case not for a known case , it wil affect the score ? I mean ,is there any chance to get C score ? I am writing to refer Mr. X who requires home visits/ home visit for ( purpose) Higher designation means, writer ( nurse) mukalilulla designations anu like Dr, head nurse, director etc Only for the resaon that we have included medical hisrory in a known case letter, we may not get a C, provided the letter is grammatically perfect. But may loose some marks.
