Don't know why this video hasn't got more views, such a wonderful view on Urban development. It is flattering that master Gehl talks about Bogotá, Colombia (my city) as an example of good practice. Still, Bogotá and in general Colombians must work a lot into getting more humane cities and people (yes... people), specially when the car culture is synonym of status and the demographic growth is out of control. Thank you for this video, and for reminding me when I visited your campus, I love that building.

i noticed some students who are blatantly looking down at their phones. do they even realise who they have standing in front of them?!

Contemporary issue. When people can be everywhere, they are nowhere. Inability to focus and dwell are in itself a reason for not well thought through solutions. Zap zap zap moving along.
