🚨 প্রোটিন কতটা পরিমাণে খাবে প্রতিদিন? যারা সারাদিন সেরকম কোনো কাজ করো না শুধু শুয়ে বসে থাকো 👉 প্রতি কিলোগ্রাম শরীরের ওজনের জন্য - 0.৮ গ্রাম প্রোটিন যারা সারাদিন ভালোমতো এক্টিভ থাকো কিন্তু ওয়ার্কআউট করো না বা শুধু মর্নিং ওয়াক বা ইভনিং ওয়াক এ যাও 👉 প্রতি কিলোগ্রাম শরীরের ওজনের জন্য - ১.২ গ্রাম থেকে ১. ৬ গ্রাম প্রোটিন যারা সারাদিন এক্টিভ থাকো তার সাথে ওয়ার্কআউট করো 👉 প্রতি কিলোগ্রাম শরীরের ওজনের জন্য - ১. ৪ গ্রাম থেকে ২ গ্রাম প্রোটিন অ্যাথলেট দের প্রোটিন ইনটেক অন্যরকম হয় l আমি যখন কোনো মিল প্ল্যান শেয়ার করি, সেটার ক্যালোরি ইনটেক আর প্রোটিন ইনটেকটা একটা নির্দিষ্ট থাকে l আমার পক্ষে তো সবার BMR আর অ্যাকটিভিটি লেভেল জানা সম্ভব নয় l আর আমার ভিউয়ার্স শুধু মেয়েরা নয়, ছেলেরাও l তাই সেই ক্ষেত্রে অনেক সময় কিছু জনের মনে হয় যে এত বেশি কেনো প্রোটিন ইনটেক? তাই প্লীজ এই লিস্ট টা দেখে নিজেরা একটু হিসেব করে খেও প্রোটিন 🙏

দিদি একটা হেয়ার কেয়ার vedio আনো। Dandruff আছে hair loss হয় anti dandruff shampoo use করেছি। লেবু,সরষে টেল,অ্যাপেলসিডে ভিনেগার দিয়েছি কোনো লাভ হয়নি😢😢।।।অনেক মেডিসিন নিয়েছি রিপোর্ট o করেছি কিছু নেই dandruff এর জন্যে হচ্ছে এটার কোন solution thakle dio plzzz😢😢
