Cute as always. When transitioning from regular deodorant to natural, it’s important to detox your underarms, I believe that’s what the charcoal one is for, at least the products I use has a charcoal one to detox. After which you should be good. Some people use natural deodorants without detoxing and then claim the product didn’t work. It’s a process. Just a little FYI. Oooh and the back look beautiful as well.
@Nae2Curly4 жыл бұрын
Yes! Thanks for sharing!! Do you use any detox mask or scrub? When doing my research a couple weeks back thats what people were talking about too.
@Nae2Curly4 жыл бұрын
Yes you are right it is a process. im like wow this is really me right now lol🤢 But im like this is the perfect time to try it because we stuck inside.
@Listen2me4004 жыл бұрын
Janae Mason Yes this is definitely the right time to detox because we’re all at home. Some people say it takes a few days, some a few weeks it just depends on your chemistry. I think it was about a week for me. I used Primal Pit Paste to detox. I bought the kit that came with every thing I needed. The detox, the regular deodorant (they came in a little jar and a wooden spoon). It also came with something for irritation just in case. I stopped using it because I was trying to find something local. I’ve used Schmidt and Tom’s and I tried Native. I also tried the Crystal. It works phenomenal for me. I don’t perspire a lot unless I’m doing something strenuous like exercise or I am in the hot sun, but a girl needs something for odor, the Crystal seems to work best of all. When I say I smell nothing, but nothing means nothing, it’s amazing.

Hair and makeup is popping along with that lime green. I've been using the Native deodorant in the coconut and vanilla and I think I tried the eucalyptus mint once. It's been going on a year and I love it, I usually get mine at Walmart or Target. Now if you're new to the game with natural deodorant, starting out you may not always be so fresh or you start fresh in the beginning months and then like what happened. So I use Pacifica Coconut & Charcoal Underarm Detox Scrub. It helps to remove your old deodorant that's clogging your pores, bacteria causing odor, and lightening your underarms. I purchased it at Ulta and it really does help when using natural deodorant.
@Nae2Curly4 жыл бұрын
YES!! Thank you for the tips. Ive been preparing myself for that stage. I did detox but yet once again not knowing how it would go. I will check out that scrub. I watch another person who suggested a detox mask but it was sold out. So your comment was right on time! Thank you!

I love love the results as usual. And your braids were juicy to begin with!! Side note, you can make your own deodorant with only 4 simple ingredients. Baking soda, Arrowroot, coconut oil, essential oil. There are lots of different recipes. So easy and make it smell how you want it too. 😘 But I stopped using anything deodorants all together in January 2019. I just spray my favorite perfume. It doesn’t help with wetness but I NEVER EVER smell anymore!!! 😘
