You twist out looks GREAT!!! My 2 strand twist outs last 3-5 days depending on the products I use....all I do is put my satin bonnet on and go to bed ---may be put a little oil, nickle size, when I woke up and finger and pick style it ---then repeat the next night.

I just put my scarf on at night and then in the morning I band while I brush my teeth and wash my face because banding overnight with stretch my curls out too much. I used to retwist but this works great.

I've been struggling with my night time routine, I always do twist outs and then i band my hair at night but i feel as though my ends are not protected as they are left out and they get dry. but i think loosely retwisting might be a good idea. I just twist my hair every night before I go to bed with combing it. I separate with my finger and twist. That is how I maintain my curls. I tried just putting a bonnet on, but it just made my curls really frizzy and matted when I wake up the next day.
