*A fine of Rs 800 will be levied for spilling food in bed and spoiling it
*Penalties will be levied for breaking any item on the farm
*A fine of Rs 1,200 will be levied for vomiting on the bed
*Smoking is forbidden inside rooms. In case a guest will smoke inside , a fine of Rs 1000 will be charged.
*Room service will only be until 10 p.m.
*We are not responsible for power cuts in the area. invertor is provided in case of power cut, but AC won't work on Invertor
*Please keep the doors closed to prevent entry of insects.

*After the fixed amount, even if your person is low, you will have to pay the full payment

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the forthwith,the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
*Food and drinks are prohibited near pool.

*Visitors for guests and Drivers will be charged extra.
*In case of power cut, or if AC wont operate more then 3hrs, non AC charges would be taken. which is 100 rs less from regular charges.
