Thank you Jan for inspiring me once again on a Sunday morning! One of my favorite techniques with the Stamparatus when needing multiple stamped images (like you needed with the pines) is to create a template. So, on scrap paper, I stamp the image in the Stamparatus, then carefully line up the die and die-cut out. Next, I die-cut out unstamped die-cuts and then put them back in the negative space of the template in the Stamparatus and stamp the images. This saves so much time and even paper.
@janbcards4 жыл бұрын
Many thanks, Mercy. I've watch this technique but have never tried it but I really must. I can imagine it's a bit time saver and frugal with cardstock, too. xx
@mercysdesigns96514 жыл бұрын
It’s a major time saver especially if you are making multiple cards or preparing for a class. For a class, I like to have the blank die-cut ready for the customers to pop back into the template (negative space) so they can do the stamping part without having to die-cut.

hi Jan love this card but I have found a problem with the metric measurements where we have to measure the front to make the cut you have put 10.2cm but that is nearly all of the card front upon looking for the correct measurement on the internet because I have no clue with imperial I have found that the 10'2cm should be 5cm from asking what 2 inches is in cm I just wanted to let you and other metric users know of this

Wow,love this idea of this,thank you. I have a question...I live in Denmark,here if we order anything from the USA,we pay tax..twice. Is there a way of avoiding this. TIA
@janbcards4 жыл бұрын
Many thanks, Irene. Unfortunately, as part of our agreement with Stampin' Up! as independant demonstrators, we're not allowed to sell to crafters in countries where Stampin' Up! isn't registered for business. Also, we aren't allowed to sell cross border. The only European countries that SU are registered in are the Netherlands, France, Austria, Germany and here in the UK. Unfortunately the only way you can buy when living in Denmark is if you can give a delivery address in one of these five countries and you can collect from that address. For example, if you have a family member or friend living here and can have your order delivered to them and you collect when you visit. It's a shame because I know there are lots of crafters in your part of the world! I'm sorry I haven't been able to be more helpful on this occasion. xx
@irenejater11014 жыл бұрын
Many thanks for your reply Jan. It was very helpful :) I do have folks that I know that live in the UK so they could either send to me or I could pick up when we visit (whenever that might be because of covid). Im wondering...would there be a problem paying with Danish Kroner?
@janbcards4 жыл бұрын
@@irenejater1101 Yes I'm sorry but Stampin' Up! only accept Sterling and Euros in Europe and it depends on where you live, i.e. your delivery address. You would need to place your order online via my online SU shop and you will automatically be billed in Sterling. xx
