This just popped up in my feed. WHAT A TREAT!! When Jane first joined GH, I recognized her from 'A Change Of Habit', the Elvis movie. When she brought Tracy Quartermaine to life, it was ON. I watched for many years, then didn't for many years. Turned it on one day, and Tracy was married to Luke. Oh my gosh, what a great roller coaster ride! I thought, "How the heck did this happen, and what a great idea!" Seems that whatever Jane or Tony did on GH, turned to gold. This interview with Jane was truly a wonderful treat.

Putting Jane and Tony together was genius! (I think they both had some say in it) When Jane said she couldn't remember how it started, I laughed, because one day, they were just in Vegas married. It was so shocking, and I thought it was such a goofy choice, but after maybe 2 episodes, I was all in. Luke and Laura who? 😉

I love this interview! Jane Elliot's work as Tracy has been amazing. I loved the time period when Tracy, Alan, Edward and Lila had big storylines. The interaction between these actors was wonderful. Over the years, Tracy would always surprise us. I have watched GH since it started as my Mom and Grandma watched it daily. It has been so great to see Tracy visit GH. Please come back soon!!!!

Ive been a GH Fan for 30+ years. I actually remember when Steve started. Jane has always been one of my favorite characters to watch. Her "battles" with "Edward" & Stuart Damon were legendary!! It was awesome getting a glimpse into the life of someone whose talent Ive always admired.

Tracy battles are legendary with everyone but her family battles are the best despite her battles with her father her brother Alan aj jason in her own way she loved them very much but Alan always made feel like she was lowest on the pole Tracy always felt she needed to fight for her place in Edward love in elq in everything Edward did love Tracy I always felt of all his children Tracy was most like him so he always pushed her way he seen all things in himself he hated so he just couldn’t show her the love he should have

I started watching General Hospital when it first came on TV in Black/White Color. My Grandma, Dora used to take me from school every day and we'd be at her house watching GH and I'm 73 years old and still watch it. I miss Jason and Jackel!

Just watching this interview in June 2023 . I was mesmerized when Jane played Carrie Todd Marler . It was incredible and shocking she was only on from 1981 to 1982. It was memorable. She has certainly been entertaining as Tracy and happy she's still in the loop.
