This is amazing, Live at home was my first album from Jane. Even in Iran we know Jane and we love Jane and Eloy. Those bands were Pride of Hanover and Germany. Expectation is my favorite song.

Well..this is that soulracking real stuff hr/hm real music!!! A huge bow in front of this mighty-legendary band!! Jane,thank you very much for all those happy years of my restless youth! Every time I hear this tune,it reminds me from the past! This is-evergreen!!! Always fresh and ful of positive power! Tears are dropping from those eyes of mine,every time I listen to Jane!!! Have to agree with most comments jane were so underrated in the 70's..yet they were trailblazers in terms of rock production ie: conny plank and his work with the band..killer riffs by klaus hess and awesome back-up with marty on bass..pete on drums and werner on keys..thanks for posting this vid would love to see more Jane circa 1970's

The most touching song I have ever eared from 1976 and on !!! Singer and his Guitar are complementing the concept with NO error. They play this song very tight to gather in a way you feel every thing happening in one sole ! Great Musician they are! Jane-1977 Live was one of their best album to my opinion !! En México cada vez hay más gente que escucha música de Jane y Eloy pero, no se venden discos de éstas bandas aquí y la gente la descarga de plataformas y las reproduce en sus amplificadores de audio de casa o automóvil.

Vea lo que hace la estúpida radio en Colombia, las emisoras dizque especializadas en esto del rock, lo que desconocen; y mientras tanto le meten a uno la misma vaina todo el tiempo, no pasan nunca joyas como está, de verdad que me sorprenden grata/ , no los conocía; y eso que soy versión 60s y 70s, muy buena banda, buena música y muy buenos tiempos que jamás volverán y es por eso que cosas como estas hay que valorar las en grado sumo, no esa seudo música de las generaciones de ahora !!!.

@@ernestocampos1205 la voz para mi siempre fue como un instrumento mas y cuando empece a escuchar musica no habia internet aun para ponerme a buscar lo que decian las letras como ahora que es todo tan facil, pero aun asi muchas letras la mayoria estan mal traducidas, asi que te quedas igual, pero hay mucha gente que solo escucha musica en castellano y rechaza en ingles y otros idiomas solo porque no entienden lo que dicen pero yo no soy de esos.

Great to see JANE as they actually were in the seventies, but also strange to realize that none of these guys still is member of the band, that still is doings gigs, and making great albums. Peter Panka, the drummer, was founding member, and stayed with the band until his death, last year. Bass player Martin Hesse, and keyboard player Manfred Wieczorke were members for only a couple of years, and the other founding member, Klaus Hess, kind of left the band to start his own band, MOTHER JANE.

I agree with you that Klaus Hess is a great guitar player, and his style was/is very special, and original, but I also think that that 'new guitar player of Peter Panka's Jane', Klaus Walz, is an exceptional talented guitar player as well. I also think he always was, and is able to play more or less like Klaus Hess (combined with his own, personal style, of course; he's not just a copycat of Klaus Hess), and therewith is quite able to keep the typical, classical Jane sound alive.
