A good friend of mine that I've known since my freshman year of high school died a little over a week ago from drug overdose complications.. Were all closing in on 40 years old now and all of us have kids of our own so weve got many years of memories together before and after having kids. The ambiance of this song and its title feel like its directed right at me in this time of hardship. It might not have been meant to represent that type of emotion, but I guess everything is up for personal interpretation and that's how this song hit me! Her celebration of life is tomorrow and its gonna be really hard seeing her family, and especially her children. It's been a really hard pill to swallow but in a wierd way i think this song kind of helped my grieving process. It's a very beautiful song and i just wanna thank you for that, and the timing couldnt have been any better! Keep up the great work, and know that your really reaching through to people like me when I needed it the most and I think that's invaluable! So thank you and I hope this comment wasnt a buzz kill or anything! Great job though, beautiful song! Rest in peace Elizabeth! You'll be missed very much, and were never gonna forgot you, or not appreciate every moment we got to have with you! We love you and we always will!
