Being from Jämtland, Sweden, I feel connected to Scotland. We’re patriots. We have tradition. And we have our tales and monsters. Just now I drove The Flying Scotsman in Train Sim World on my PC through the whole Fife Circle loop. Passing all the places you’ve known from childhood. And what do you hear coming back to Edinburgh Waverley, if you come back the right time,,, A bagpipe! I started searching on bagpipes and found Celtica Pipes Rock! Sadly, you went your own way but I’ve seen your good work at the hospital. You can heal people both at work there and work with music. Keep on, and may God be with you.

Magnificent performance AND so timely appreciated, felt and intended, I'm sure. Ms. Espie, the song, the lovely natural background all were ssoooo true, so needed today and so precisely sincere, it was comparable, exciting and reassuring, as finding magnetic north and the sight of the north star when lost and in danger. The pipes are special and speak with the deepest familiar impact, akin to our oldest instruments, with drums. Jane knows pipes and knows how pipes are special to people. The pipes, I guess, are a manually driven pipe organ, my instrument, I and my family played for centuries, all these years to today, never knowing that the unique instrumental sounds I craved especially loved in the organ AND in the bagpipes were from the same instrument, just different technologically. I hear the pipe organ in Ms. Espie's work - of a Highland Cathedral.

I needed a traveling performer for my Witcher ttRPG campaign, and in a moment of panic, I may have described "A lovely woman, from Skellige. At a glance, you'd swear it was the Sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg herself. But this one does her magic squeezing hypnotic wailing, moaning and sighs from a sack full of wind." Only one player realized who I was describing.
