But everyone stabs someone in the back in this game at some point getting as far as she did. But she is the most loyal of the great players. And plus...she can win HOHs and many Vetos. She definitely did not deserve to win All-Stars. Big brother is primarily a social and strategic game. Her social game was average at best and her strategy was not developed enough like some of the great winners. As a competitor, I will give her props, but there is a reason why she has never won. Think about it this way, what would have happened if she didn't win those crucial vetos, would she have stayed? Would her legacy be the same.?The answer to both is no.

you don't have to be a great strategist to win big brother. Janelle earned the respect of many by saving herself when it mattered. How many BB players can say that? And Janelle did it over and over, every time she was on the chopping block. On top of that, she was gorgeous and charismatic. She was so impactful on the show and fans that she won a trophy at the VH1 awards. there's so criteria that only some great strategist deserves to win the game.

+NightRises234 not many people can say they were a better competitor than Janelle, but 17 can say they won. I also never said she wasn't entertaining (she was), or a bb legend (she is). I just often see her on top 5 lists when I don't even have her in my top 10 players or even top 10 players to never win. That is just my opinion. Janelle had a below average social and strategic game.

+Justin O you just have something against janelle she is absolutely one of the best players in Big Brother History! She didn't need any social game to get far she relied on competitions which is what got her far! It's easy to just form an alliance but to win HOH and POVs countless times is hard!

Name some people that are should have won over her that didn't. Besides the obvious like danielle Reyes. I'm just curious who you would pick over her (that has never won). I like Rachel R unlike a lot of people...but I do think it is sad that Rachel had so much help from production. If Janelle had the same help she would have gotten to the end and won. Basically the fans of Rachel (Which I am a fan of her but I see it how it is) think Rachel won out. Janelle was just as good and had just as much ability to win out as Rachel. But for some reason she didn't. Rachel had way more help from production. I think if anyone had the ability to just win competitions and make it to the end it was Janelle. I don't see anyone else in this game doing it before her without production's help.

Janelle was and still is one of the best BB contestants of all time! Furthermore, BB All-Stars was one of the best seasons of all time and I am shocked that in 10 years, they never did another BB All-Stars season. The ending might of been lame, but its peanuts compared to what we see in BB now. BB is trash now and is not worth watching anymore and it all started in Season 8 in 2007 (the season the Donato family won) and went downhill from there. Because of this, I don't even bother watching BB anymore, its a total waste of time now.

+EDaddy506 Many speculate that returning contestants in BB13 and 14 is why there has not been another All-Stars season. A part of it is also due to the hassle of negotiating contracts with the veteran contestants. The show has not been the same for sure.

I agree. It used to be more of a game of strategy and normal personalities. Now you can tell they really want younger personalities who belong on The Challenge instead and they rig the game way too much. Those seasons with Jeff were bad to watch, you could tell they tried whatever they could to get him or Jordan to win it. And the one with Rachel's sister was bad too.

As phenomenal as janelle is as far as being a competitor is concerned, NEVER, has janelle been a great strategist. For someone who held so much power in seasons 6 and 7 she always goes for low hanging fruit

She definitely is a fierce competitor. There's a reason why she's considered the queen of Big Brother. But, her biggest flaw is not being able to see the forest through the trees. She was more focused on taking out floaters and people who weren't that much of a threat, and allowed Chill Town to make it way too far. If she had knocked Mike or Will out earlier in the game she would have dominated and would have had the numbers to back her if she had gone up on the block.

I don't understand why Will and Boogie gave the girls the opportunity to EVER be alone especially after Janelle won POV. Will didn't trust Erica the entire game. He knew she would turn on them at some point but they let them be alone which gave them the opportunity to talk. Janelle would have won this game if she had sent Erica home over Will. She had a better chance of beating Will and Boogie in HOH than she did Erica, and just like that, Erica beat her in the endurance portion. Erica played her and played Chilltown. I love Janelle and I think she's one of the best competitive players of all time, but she messed up by keeping Erica around. And Chilltown messed up by letting these girls have private time to talk.

Hoe Anytime Janelle has never been able to have a female ally. BB6 the way those girls treated her speaks for itself. C.J. Carney Oh absolutely it was way better. She focused more on the game making strategic moves. She was more loyal to her alliance and she survived the mean girl squad. She was great in All Stars as well but she let herself get sucked up into Wills bs he was feeding her. And she abandoned her friends in the process which evicting Will is how she redeemed herself. I believe Will cared for her there was some attraction between them but it is a game and he has made that mistake before he was also dating his current wife at the time. Janelle had a bf herself. It was strategic for both of em and Will never did anything with her. Wish Janelle made it the F2. Her or Will deserved that money. Mike certainly did not

You can still be backdoored even if you played for the veto. Backdooring is all about not putting the target on the chopping block. I think what you're talking about is the six finger plan, which was, accidentally, also planned against Jase.

He had to shave his head in order to keep himself in the game which for Jase is like taking away his entire personality for the rest of the season and Chicken George was practically bald already so things were kind of rigged to get Jase eliminated but yea a true backdoor is when they can't play veto. Six finger plan is the traditional backdoor, new school just calls any replacement nominee a "backdoor" these days.

Now she still won all the comps basically in season 7..but she didn't do with her wins what she should have done. She was almost perfect in season 6...almost won out.
