Dragonball Raging Blast 2: Frieza Special Quotes

This was one of my most classic videos for Dragon Ball: Raging Blast series. it took into account all of the Special Quotes & Unique interactions of Frieza. However..notice something different?
Yeah, you probably did. Frieza's voice is different! This was back when Chris Ayres started the role for Frieza in the games. I enjoyed his Frieza, and while Linda Young's version was interesting, this was always a classic
I also find it amusing and funny how frieza would talk with super saiyan 3 vegeta lol. back then, frieza's reactions to the super saiyan forms was comical.

I wish third form was his own character to be honest. Like a deformed sibling or something. It doesn't even make sense that he would have that form considering his first and second form was clearly based on his father, the only person he loves. His final form is his base form after all. ​​@@JonisNotHereAnymore I don't think he's bad they probably directed him to sound more like Linda Young to smooth out the recasting transition kinda like what happened when Schemmel and Sabat first took over the roles of Goku and Vegeta. Though unlike Schemmel and Sabbat while the voice isn't quite as good as his own take on the character acting wise it's not bad at all, and it was a pretty decent way to ease people into the change.

Oh god yes lol. Definitely the hardest one i've done so far because not only does he have a special quote with the majority of the cast, but so do pretty much all of his transformations. And THEN taking into account doing it with characters with transformations like Goku and Vegeta., I worked on some last week, and I literally spent all day compiling quotes yesterday and then having to continuously beat my opponents to get the end quotes. And this isn't even counting the editing hell.

It seems like some of Frieza's second form quotes is something his father would say, like against transformed Zarbon. Every one of his forms say the same thing against monster Zarbon except for the second form. I'm guessing it's like that since Frieza's second form looks like King Cold.

If they were going to use Chris Ayres as Frieza for this game then he shouldn't have had to re-record all of Linda Young's lines from the old games. I grew up with Linda Young's Frieza but the more I listen to Chris Ayres' Frieza the more it's growing on me. However, hearing someone else say the lines I've heard Linda Young say in the games for years sounds...strange to me. It's been years since I've played a DBZ game (the last being Budokai Tenkaichi 3) but I still remember almost all of Frieza's pre/post battle quotes and any I didn't remember hearing them in this game jogged my memory. As such, it took me aback somewhat but then again, I've only been playing RB2 for two days. Who knows, hearing Chris Ayres' take on these lines over and over again might warm me up to them over time.
