I love her as an artist. I don't know her personally, but she seems sweet. I been a fan since The Velvet Rope Tour. I remember asking my Uncle to record it on VSH because I had to be at church for Choir day. My mom and I sat down and watched it together. I think she was having more fun than I was. I enjoyed that concert. I ended up getting the Velvet Rope Cd from that same Uncle. Back then, he was part of the Columbia Music House club where you buy so many CDs a month. He had two copies of Janet's Velvet Rope. He gave me one. I've been hooked ever since. I must admit that it took my awhile to listen to Rhythm Nation because it was in black and white and it said the year 1814. Lol! I thought it was an old CD from the year 1814 lol!(Shut up! LOL!) Don't judge me! As I got older, I started appreciating music more in general.
