Lol I thought Mexican gangs were blowing each other away and she was just standing there with the camera laughing "oh wow loud noises. Mexico is so beautiful though!" Haha good show mate

@@JanetNewenham One thing about Mexico is their love for fire works, and yes they go up the mountains or the echo of the fireworks. In some towns in Mexico in December people start popping fire works at 5:00 am!! December and January is the time for fire works so dont get caught by surprise.

Janet- bummer you missed the Comida Pre-Hispánica. Because of the pandemic , the restaurant has a robust stall just on the outer edge of the market near the candy stall you showed. It’s called Cuatecomate and the food is just like how the Aztecs and pre-Hispanic people ate, including lots of seeds and nuts and fruits. Including chapulines (grasshoppers) . I tried 4 dishes and the sauces and blueberry drink . I think his name is Don Hancel. I recommend for an interesting experience.

Nice video. I'm surprised that no one mentioned that the pyramid is closed. It has been since the pandemic began in April because the path doesn't offer enough space for proper distancing. Your drone video is very good. The mural you saw in front of the main church is made of beans, seeds, and grains. It is changed annually during a ceremony in September. (By the way, the sign in Spanish that is displayed means "Do not touch"). The main church, itself, has been closed since the earthquake in 2017. You hear fireworks here all the time, whether it's for a local celebration or a wedding or event. Finally, you were brave to eat in the market. I haven't stepped foot there since the pandemic began. Peace!
