Janet Wakeland Can you stamp on the glow in the dark paper or do you just die cut with it?

Yes but it takes a bit to dry and you need a well inked pads - bolder brighter colors work best. You can also emboss an image as well. I just posted a whole video on glow in the dark paper.Let me know if you have more questions.
