This is the only close-up footage of the LED flag I know, there are a few others but due to the quality you can't really make it out. I think this one was on the Ministry of Foreign Trade building on Kim Il Sung square from the late 60s to the late 90s I believe. There was a similar LED flag with the DPRK's national flag displayed right in front of this on another government building. Both of them have been removed in the late 90s.
